BE-ST Fest Summit

BE-ST Fest Summit - the place where change is made possible

BEST FEST Emma Morton

Together, let’s embark on this journey towards a resilient and sustainable built environment.

BE-ST Fest ‘24 will aim to put into sharp focus the testing and exploration of tangible and impactful actions as we collectively work toward decarbonising our built environment. Following on from the broad reaching and hard-hitting topics from BE-ST Fest ‘23, this year we will build on what coming to terms with the interconnected crises that we are facing look like when action is taken. The time for action, has for some time, been now.

Speakers include:

  • Joanna Yarrow, Chief Impact Officer - Human Nature
  • Funmbi Adeagbo, Black Females in Architecture
  • Emma Fletcher, Low Carbon Housing Director, Octopus Energy
  • Louise Rogers, Impact Manager, BE-ST
  • Bola Ogunmefun, Director, Tisserin Engineers

BE-ST Fest '24 is on the move.

Our Innovation Campus is undergoing a retrofit of our Accelerator Lab. Due to this, we have decided to find a new home for BE-ST Fest 2024 to allow the work to continue at pace.

This year our two-day conference will be held at Paisley Town Hall, which has recently been transformed into a centre for performing arts. This unique and historic building was renovated as part of Renfrewshire Council’s wider regeneration programme to keep this 19th century building at the heart of the town for generations to come
