We are proud to host BE-ST Fest at this iconic, grade A-listed building with deep historical roots. Before its renovation, the surrounding community was losing out on the full potential of the space. Part of the wider regeneration in Paisley undertaken by Renfrewshire Council, Holmes Miller Architects embraced the challenge of preserving the Paisley Town Hall's historical essence while transforming it into a vibrant, multifunctional community hub. Steven Coulson, an associate at Holmes Miller Architects and the lead architect for this project, shares the inspiring story behind the transformation of Paisley Town Hall and what makes it is the perfect venue for our conference.
