Andy Mallice

Andy Mallice, is a member of the CIOB and holds a BSc (Hons) in Structural & Civil Engineering. In the last 10 years has held Managing Director posts at ROK plc, ISG plc and Robertson Construction Group.

With 30 years’ experience in the Construction Industry has worked in the UK and Asia including major projects such as the Channel Tunnel and Chep Lap Kok airport in Hong Kong. 

He joined the Cruden Group in April 2018 as Managing Director of Hart Builders reporting to Group CEO, Kevin Reid. In the last year he has completely restructured the business; strengthening the team with the addition of planning, building services and design management resources as well as providing focus and commitment to a large direct labour team.
