Pheona Matovu

Pheona and Micheal Matovu together co-founded Radiant and Brighter after they themselves faced unemployment after migrating to the UK due to the lack of support available to them. Together they founded Radiant and Brighter to turn their focus towards training organisations and individuals to help provide support for migrant communities in Scotland. Now, they have a long track record of brignging ED&I to large organisations.

At our DIveIN Conference their workshop will explore ethnic inclusion and diversity in relation to workplace culture. It will provide a space for participants to discuss meaningful and sustainable organisational change. Applying critical thinking and reflective activities it will give attendees the opportunity to consider the benefits and challenges of individual and collective action within the workplace environment.
