Steven is an Associate Impact Manager at BE-ST, focused on skills and innovation for a zero carbon built environment. With a background in education and stakeholder engagement, he designs and delivers collaborative projects that support inclusive talent development and accelerate impactful ideas. His work connects industry, academia and communities to address skills gaps, grow climate literacy, and enable real-world solutions. Steven is passionate about creating accessible opportunities for learning and change, and believes in the power of collaboration to drive sustainable transformation across the built environment.
