Susan D’aish is a business director with over 25 years’ experience in the construction sector, specializing in ESG, sustainable growth and climate response. She brings an energetic and proactive style to making new connections and facilitating collaborative working across complex systems and stakeholders. Susan is motivated by helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential through coaching and empowering leadership.

Susan leads Jacobs’ growth for all climate markets including energy transition, decarbonisation and adaptation across the European business. She has developed and is delivering an ambitious growth strategy with full backing of the Jacobs board. She regularly challenges and reframes ways of working to expand new areas of business growth and develops a growth mindset amongst her peers.
