The BE-ST Educator Programme 24/25
The BE-ST Educator Programme 24/25 is a six-month agile leadership course aimed towards college management and educators with a built environment focus within Scotland. The course aims to support educators with upskilling within new practices, developing competencies to aid the delivery of their role and providing tangible solutions to support the tertiary education sector.
Through peer-to-peer learning, practical training, and input from guest speakers, you will by the end of the course:
- Identify your leverage as an educator to move beyond skills development into competency-building
- Enhanced your practical skills to deliver training in a more agile way, building a more resilient and innovation-minded future workforce
- Gained knowledge of different strategies to align student competency with rapid changes in the built environment.

Student and apprenticeship development
As part of the Schools and Further Education Programme by BE-ST and Hub North Scotland, we have compiled a resource guide for teachers and educators to support student and apprenticeship development.
The guide contains a host of content around sustainable and net zero methods, giving practical examples of best practice, links to industry experience and highlighting resources available.
