Scaling Solutions

For the past four years, BE-ST Fest has been a hub for industry leaders, policy makers and innovators. In 2025, we’re going further and moving past discussion into action, backed by evidence and real success stories.

Host an event from £22.50pp

The BE-ST Campus and its bespoke events space provide an inspiring environment to collaborate, learn and work.

We have three flexible conferencing and event spaces available to hire, starting from £22.50 per person, which include free Wi-Fi and AV equipment. A unique events and exhibition space is also available to book upon request.

Our events team will work with you to determine the best options available and will support your event from the initial enquiry all the way through to delivery.

Seminar suites

The 2 seminar suites offer a bright, spacious and versatile environment for up to 60 individuals per room. These spaces are located on the lower floor of our Innovation Factory and can be used for a wide range of events. All our rooms are flexible in terms of layouts, please ask if you cannot find a configuration which suits your requirements below.

Conference room

The conference suite combines both seminar suites and has been designed for an audience of up to 120 individuals. This space includes fully equipped AV and projectors and provides a bright and refreshing environment that makes it a great choice for all events. All our rooms are flexible in terms of layouts. please ask if you cannot find a configuration which suits your requirements below.

The Executive Suite provides a spacious, bright and contemporary board room for up to 30 guests with a dedicated anteroom and kitchen area, ideally suited for large meetings.
